END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR RAILLOGICS ONLINE CONTENT
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY:
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a
legal agreement between you (either an individual person or a
single legal entity) and the Licensor for the RailLogics System that
displays this EULA, which includes any associated media,
downloadable data, and information contained herein.
You agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA upon
logging into this system. If you do not agree, DO NOT CONTINUE TO THE LOGIN
AREA OF THIS SITE.
NOTE: If you do not have a VALID
LOGIN (Either as an individual or a single legal entity) EXPLICITLY ASSIGNED
AND GRANTED YOU by an administrator, then you ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM.
